How much does Kibiscope cost?+
From ₹9,000 a year for up to 50 students, plus GST, with every module included — admissions, attendance, communication, fees, daycare and transport. Plans are yearly and sized to your register, with a monthly option. There is no setup fee, and your first month is on us while we get your school running. Our first 10 schools pay 25% less, for as long as they stay subscribed.
How long does it take to set up our preschool?+
We do it with you, not to you. We import your students from a spreadsheet, set up your classes and fee heads, and walk your teachers through it — a day's work, not a term's project, so you are ready before the next morning circle.
Is our school and children's data safe?+
Yes. Every school's records are walled off from every other school's inside the database itself (Postgres row-level security), staff only see what their role allows, and passwords are hashed with argon2id. India's DPDP-2023 consent ledger is built in too — every photo shared with a parent passes a consent check first.
