Kibiscope is new, and we are looking for our first 10 schools. They pay 25% less on any plan, yearly or monthly, and keep that price for as long as their subscription continues without a break — including when they grow into a bigger plan.

There is no countdown and no “places left” counter. When the 10th school signs, this box comes down.

Questions about the bill
Is GST included in the plan price?+
No. Every plan price is exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added on top, and the calculator above shows it as its own line so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Which plan are we on, and what happens if we grow?+
Your plan is set by the number of students marked active on your account. If you grow past its limit during the year, you move up a plan and pay only the difference for the months left in your plan year. We never move you down mid-year; if your register has shrunk, pick the smaller plan at renewal.
What is the founding-school price?+
Kibiscope is new, so our first 10 schools pay 25% less on any plan, yearly or monthly. You keep that price for as long as your subscription continues without a break, and it moves with you if you grow into a larger plan. If you leave and come back later, the standard price applies. Can we pay monthly instead?+
Yes. The monthly option costs a tenth of the yearly price each month — ₹1,500 a month for the up-to-100 plan at the standard price — invoiced after each month ends, with no minimum term. Paying yearly works out at 10 months for the price of twelve.
What if we leave part-way through a yearly plan?+
We refund the months you have not started, after charging the months you used at the monthly price. On the up-to-100 plan at ₹15,000, leaving after 4 months returns ₹9,000. After 10 months there is nothing left to refund, which is the same as if you had paid monthly all along. The full rule is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Are any modules charged separately?+
No. Every module is in every plan — admissions, fees, attendance, daily reports, curriculum and progress cards, daycare, transport, child safety, DPDP tools and the rest. The plans differ only in how many children they cover.
How does it work if we run more than one branch?+
Your plan is sized on the total number of active students across the network — a branch is not a separate licence. Each branch gets its own view, and HQ gets the roll-up. Above 300 children, we price it with you in writing.
